Closet
A closet is a small enclosed space for storage, usually built into a wall and closed with a door. Common types include reach-in closets for clothing, walk-in closets, linen closets and coat closets.
A reach-in closet is shallow, about two feet deep, and is used from outside through a door. A walk-in closet is large enough to step into and may have shelving on several walls.
Closets are a standard feature of bedrooms in many markets, and their presence is often one of the conditions for calling a room a bedroom.
