Bluebeam Pricing: What Each Revu Plan Costs and Includes

Bluebeam pricing runs from $260 to $590 per user per year in 2026, billed annually. Bluebeam Revu comes in four plans: Basics at $260, Core at $330, Complete at $440, and Max at $590, which Bluebeam labels an introductory price. There is no monthly plan and no new perpetual license. All four plans include Revu for Windows plus Bluebeam on web and mobile. Prices are in US dollars, exclude tax, and were checked on Bluebeam's pricing page in October 2026.
Which Bluebeam plan do you need for takeoffs?
Basics catches a lot of estimators out. It measures length and area but not perimeter, so anyone pricing trim, baseboard, or edge work ends up on Core. Core is the usual takeoff plan, with perimeters, counts, and volume. Complete earns its extra $110 mainly through Quantity Link, which pushes markup quantities into an Excel sheet, and Dynamic Fill, which fills a room with a click instead of tracing it.
Does Bluebeam have a monthly plan?
No. Every Revu plan is sold per user and billed annually. The pricing page shows no monthly price and no monthly toggle, so a seat is a year-long commitment.
Can you still buy a perpetual Bluebeam license?
No. Bluebeam stopped selling Revu 20 perpetual licenses after September 30, 2023. Revu 20 reached end of support on July 31, 2026 and reaches end of life on December 31, 2026. Owners can keep running it on their own computer, but it no longer connects to Bluebeam cloud services.
Bluebeam free trial
Bluebeam offers a 14-day trial of Revu Complete, which includes Bluebeam on web and mobile. After 14 days you need a paid annual plan to keep using it.
Does Bluebeam work on Mac?
The Revu desktop app is Windows only. On a Mac, Bluebeam points you to Bluebeam on web or iOS, which measure area, length, polylength, and count. Perimeter, volume, Quantity Link, and Dynamic Fill are desktop features, so Mac users who need them run Windows in a virtual machine.
What Bluebeam costs for a small crew
| Seats | Basics | Core | Complete |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $260 | $330 | $440 |
| 3 | $780 | $990 | $1,320 |
| 5 | $1,300 | $1,650 | $2,200 |
Every seat is a separate annual license. A five-person estimating team on Core spends $1,650 a year before anyone opens a plan.
When a cheaper tool is enough
If you mostly need lengths and areas off PDF plans to price a job, much of a Bluebeam seat pays for markup, stamps, and document sets you may never use. MeasureFloorPlan runs in the browser on Mac or PC and measures lengths, runs, room areas, and wall areas on any PDF plan, with CSV export. It costs $9 per plan, $15 for a 24-hour Day Pass, or $29 per month for unlimited plans, with no annual contract. For a contractor who bids a few plans a month, paying per plan costs far less than a yearly seat. It does not do markups, stamps, or document sets, so teams that review and annotate drawings should stay on Bluebeam.
