By purchasing access to MeasureFloorPlan, you agree to these terms. Please read them before checkout.
Your first measurement is free. Paid products cover full plans, measuring plus every export: a $9 single plan, a $15 Day Pass giving 24 hours of access for up to 10 plans from the time of purchase, a $29 per month Pro subscription with unlimited plans, and a $49 per month team subscription covering 3 seats. One-time plan credits and subscriptions purchased under earlier pricing (including the retired $15 per month Starter plan) remain valid on their original terms; one-time plan credits do not expire. Access begins immediately after a successful payment and is tied to the email address used at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share access with others.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's payment terms in addition to these terms.
Single plan unlocks and plan credits: Non-refundable once used, except under the 48-hour money-back guarantee. Access is delivered immediately upon payment.
Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you keep full access. To cancel, email hello@measurefloorplan.com.
You may use MeasureFloorPlan for any lawful purpose. You may not:
MeasureFloorPlan is a measurement aid. It produces results based on the floor plan image you provide and the scale you set. The accuracy of its output depends on the accuracy of the source image and your scale calibration.
MeasureFloorPlan performs the mathematical calculations. You are responsible for professional judgment, including determining what qualifies as above-grade finished area under ANSI Z765-2021 or any other applicable standard. We do not make representations about the suitability of MeasureFloorPlan output for any specific professional, legal, or regulatory purpose.
You retain ownership of any floor plan images you upload. MeasureFloorPlan does not claim any rights over your content.
The MeasureFloorPlan software, interface, and content are owned by MeasureFloorPlan and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
MeasureFloorPlan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeasureFloorPlan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including damages resulting from measurement errors or reliance on tool output in professional contexts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MeasureFloorPlan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.
