MeasureFloorPlan is a browser-based floor plan measurement tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.
When you create an account, sign in, or purchase credits through Polar.sh, we collect your email address. We use it for authentication, transactional communication (receipts, login links, access confirmation), and occasional product updates you can opt out of.
When you add a floor plan to the tool, the file is uploaded to our private storage bucket (hosted on Supabase) so we can render it, restore your session, and support your saved projects. Files are not publicly accessible and are served only through short-lived signed URLs. You can delete saved projects at any time from your account, or email us to request deletion of any uploaded file.
If you save a project, we store the associated polygon coordinates, scale values, and square footage results in our database. This data is linked to your account and is only accessible to you.
We use analytics tools to understand how the product is used and to measure advertising: Simple Analytics (aggregate, cookie-free page statistics), Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity (session replay: clicks, scrolls, and page interactions), and the Meta pixel with its Conversions API (ad measurement). These tools may collect your IP address, device information, and pages visited. Basic server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are also retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for infrastructure and security purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed above.
Your account and associated data are retained as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@measurefloorplan.com. We will process the request within 7 days.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus analytics and advertising cookies set by Google, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
